Shipping policy
1. Shipping Locations
• We currently ship across India.
• International shipping is not available yet, but we plan to expand soon.
2. Processing & Delivery Time
• Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays & public holidays).
• Delivery Time:
• Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
• Other Cities & Towns: 5-7 business days
• Remote Locations: 7-10 business days
• Note: Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen delays like weather conditions, courier issues, or peak shopping seasons.
3. Shipping Charges
• Prepaid Orders: Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): A ₹50 COD fee may apply.
• For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping charge of ₹49-₹99 applies, depending on location.
4. Order Tracking
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking link.
• You can also track your order on our [Order Tracking Page].
5. Delayed or Lost Shipments
• If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please get in touch with support@woolgum.com
• Woolgum is not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect customer addresses.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
• COD is available only for selected pin codes.
• Refusal or non-acceptance of a COD order may result in COD restrictions for future orders.
7. Order Modifications & Cancellations
• Orders can be modified or canceled within 6 hours of placing them. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
