Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• The item is unused, unwashed and in its original condition.
• All original tags and packaging are intact.
• The product is defective, damaged or incorrect as per your order.

Note: Items on sale, custom-made products, and innerwear are not eligible for returns.

How to initiate a Return?

Email us at (vishwa.exports@rediffmail.com) or (madhurvij57@gmail.com) with your order number, reason for return, and product images (if applicable).

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 24-48 hours.

Ship the item back to our warehouse using a trackable courier service. (Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.)

Once received, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Refund Process

✔️ Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, or bank transfer).

✔️ Processing Time: It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

✔️ Partial Refunds: If an item is returned in a non-original condition or past the return window, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.
